Philadelphia Companion Date Ideas for Fall
It’s officially Fall season. Yay!!!! It's my favourite season and this is the perfect time to enjoy fun and engaging activities with a companion in Philadelphia. Here are some cute date ideas for the season:
Boat Cruise
So I’ve only been on a boat while in Hawaii, a ferry in Quebec, and I’ve only been on the Moshulu boat, which does not really count. I always wanted to go on a boat cruise. Luckily, you can reserve a boat ride at Penn’s Landing on the Delaware River. This cruise is perfect for a romantic view of the city. Currently, Seaphilly shares a lot of cruise options, including sunset and day cruises.
Chef's Tasting Menu
A great dining experience with a companion is always a great time! For instance, trying a chef's tasting menu at one of Philadelphia's best restaurants is a good start. Restaurants like Vernick and Vetri Cucina are known for having delicious and unique food. If your’e on a budget, I would suggest Double Knot. I used to visit the restaurant frequently in my early 20s with friends. If you don’t like sitting close to people, I would suggest sitting at the bar with friends or eating outside when it’s nice out.
Relaxing Spa Day
Booking a couples massage or rejuvenating treatments is another way to share intimacy. Nothing beats a good massage, there’s a variety of places to relax in Philly. The Four Seasons, Rescue Spa, Hand &Stone, and The Underground Spa & Wellness are good options to unwind and enjoy quality time together. Did you know you can do water yoga at the Four Seasons??? Would love to try this with someone if your’e up for it.
Wine Tasting
If you are a wine connoisseur I would recommend visiting a wine tasting at Panorama for their expertise and a great experience. If your’e feeling really adventurous there is plenty of cool options in New Jersey too.
Art Museum Tour
If you like art, I would recommend visiting the Philadelphia Museum of Art or the Barnes Foundation. If you don’t mind taking the train to NYC, there’s also a veriety of museums to visit in Manhattan. The last museum I went to in NYC was MOMA
Halloween
If you love Halloween, you should visit the Eastern State Penitentiary. Around Halloween, there are numerous historical tours, bars, lounges, performances, and much more within the area.
Before going here, I would suggest booking in advance. Hopefully this inspired you to book a memorable date in Philadelphia this fall season!
