flight, hotel, meals, and travel accommodations are expected to be covered

For incall, I am usually downtown Philly or Manhattan at a 4 or 5 star hotel. Outcall is available with proper notice.

I am willing to waive the deposit, if you can send 2 forms of screening info and come to my incall. I usually require at least 20% deposit but may require more for outcall if you are outside of Philly. TMTY and FMTY is 50%.
